Founded by the McNally family, who owned and operated Rand McNally & Company, we are dedicated to upholding a 160+ year legacy as a family-owned and operated company. The McNally family remains one of our investors today.
Our family business background and family capital network provide both industry and operating expertise as well as a “walked in your shoes” approach that management teams value in a partnership. Our mission is to harness the financial, intellectual, and human capital of our 800+ investor ecosystem to build value for our investors, management teams, and portfolio companies.

We complete transactions in an institutionalized process while living up to our pre- and post-closing commitments which has enabled us to build a strong reputation and trusted relationships within our intermediary network. Finally, many intermediaries have approached us in the past looking for the right family office buyer for a business. In these situations, the business owner or management team may be specifically looking for family capital, and the intermediary knows that our firm can provide that capital directly through our fund and our family office investor base. Because of our flexible approach to structures, we are enthusiastic about partnering with other groups to match the right capital with the right deal, and we have successfully partnered with both intermediaries as well as family offices to close transactions in the past.
