Burton Plumbing Services Completes First Add-On Acquisition

Burton Plumbing Services, LLC ("Burton"), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Star City Heating & Cooling ("Star City").
Star City is a provider of HVAC services and focuses on installation and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems. Star City is based in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, Burton is a provider of HVAC and plumbing services to residential and commercial customers. ShoreView invested in Burton in March of 2020. The acquisition of Star City represents the first add-on completed during ShoreView's ownership. The acquisition expands Burton's market coverage into the Lincoln metropolitan area and brings greater scale to Burton's field technician staff and its service vehicle fleet. ShoreView and Burton continue to look for additional add-on opportunities. Attractive candidates will generally be residential HVAC or plumbing focused, have at least $2 million of revenue, and be located in the Central or Mountain time zones.
