Boyne Capital Announces the Promotion of Josh Bilmes and Scott Bartnick To Principal

MIAMI, FL – (March 24, 2021) Boyne Capital (“Boyne”) is pleased to announce that Joshua Bilmes and Scott Bartnick have been promoted to Principals effective immediately.
Josh joined Boyne as a Vice President in April 2017. As member of the investment team, he is actively involved in the sourcing, underwriting and due diligence of acquisition opportunities for the firm.
Prior to joining Boyne, Josh spent 10 years as an investment professional executing and sourcing private equity investments at Sun Capital Partners, Tavistock Group, and Aterian Investment Partners. Josh started his career in investment banking at Raymond James & Associates where he worked on mergers and acquisitions advisory and public and private capital offerings.
Josh received both a BS in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Florida.
Scott joined Boyne as a Vice President in November 2017. Scott helps drive the investment process at Boyne and is involved in the sourcing, underwriting and due diligence of acquisition opportunities for the firm.
Prior to joining Boyne, Scott worked as an investment professional with ClearSky, sourcing and executing growth stage investments in enterprise technology and services businesses. Scott previously worked as a member of the corporate M&A team at MEDNAX, focusing on the acquisition and integration of private physician group practices across North America, and he began his career with Deloitte’s South Florida Audit & Assurance practice.
Scott received his BS in Accounting and MS in Operations Management from the University of Florida, and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
