Vance Street is a Los Angeles based private equity firm that acquires and builds engineered solutions companies in the medical, industrial, aerospace and defense markets. The firm invests in companies that provide mission critical products and solutions that solve difficult problems for blue chip customers and have earned an important position in their supply chain as a result. Vance Street is investing out of its third fund and has deployed over $1B, including co-investment, since 2007.
Why do prospects want to do business with the firm?
Our mission is to partner with entrepreneurs and management teams who are great at solving customer challenges and help them scale their business. We invest for growth, often over-equitizing the business and putting cash on the balance sheet to fund new hires and facility expansion in the first year of our investment. Over 90% of our investments are in family-owned businesses or corporate carve-outs, many of which don't involve advisors or are limited processes. Our founder testimonies support these claims.
