Founded in 2015, TriSpan is a private equity investment firm focused on lower and middle-market buyouts and growth investing in North America and Europe, with current AUM of ~$900 million. TriSpan invests out of two sector-focused committed funds, with large and systematic deal-by-deal co-investment:

  • Opportunities Fund I and II (“OF”) platform focuses on ‘buy-and-build’ opportunities in business services, healthcare services and specialty manufacturing. The fund takes majority stakes in platform companies in fragmented markets with $5-20m in EBITDA. The current portfolio includes 7 platform companies with 1 exited investment to-date

  • Rising Stars Fund I and Top Up Fund (“RS”) focuses on growth restaurant investments with $1-20 million in EBITDA. The current portfolio includes 10 companies
