Why do prospects want to do business with the firm?
Orangewood is viewed as a partner of choice for founders, owners, entrepreneurs, and management teams. This is largely driven by its people-first and partnership culture, its flexible investment mandate and ability to provide significant value. Evidence of this is that founders and management teams have averaged greater than 100% rollover on our investments. Specifically, our partners are not taking money off the table at the time of our investment but rather rolling in substantially all of their investment alongside us and in some instances are actually investing more of their own capital at the time of our investment. Additionally, all of our operating partners, many of our investors, and most of our third-party service providers have worked with us for almost two decades.
