Founded in 1999, Huron Capital brings a people-first and thematic approach to private equity investing in secularly relevant and fragmented sectors of the North American services industry across three primary verticals: commercial & industrial services, professional services and consumer services.
Huron Capital has managed over $1.8 billion in capital through six committed funds and completed over 250 transactions.

An example of this is our ExecFactor® platform Albireo Energy, which in large part due to Huron and management’s reputation in the industry, has sourced the vast majority of its add-on acquisitions proprietarily. Huron has a dedicated team of business development professionals who have developed a go-to-market strategy focused on finding and identifying actionable and winnable investment opportunities. Huron does this by building relationships with referral sources (investment bankers, business brokers, attorneys, accountants, wealth managers etc..), building awareness of the Huron brand through marketing efforts, and cultivating proprietary deal flow. This systematic approach to business development allows Huron to vet more than 750-1000 potential investments per year. As noted above, companies approached by Huron are open to doing business with the firm because of its established investment track record, its credibility in the marketplace, and its willingness to work with management teams in a true partnership.
