Clearview Capital, LP is a private investment firm focused primarily on making control-oriented equity investments in growth companies with $5-20 EBITDA in the business services, healthcare services, consumer products, manufacturing and specialized distribution sectors.
Why do prospects want to do business with the firm?
Over more than two decades and scores of deal processes, the firm has built a reputation for honesty and integrity by taking seriously a simple commitment: “we do what we say we will do.” We do not re-trade deals and we are fully transparent to intermediaries and to sellers throughout the diligence process, an approach that has often allowed us to work through major hurdles on the way to successful deals. We are also completely transparent with our track record and up front show our entire track record, including transactions that did not turn out the way we hoped. That transparency includes providing references from every transaction we have ever done.
Why do intermediaries present opportunities and want to conduct transactions with the firm?
As a result of having five senior, dedicated business development people, we have the ability to build relationships with intermediaries of all types and we are always quick to respond to leads. In situations where we choose not to pursue a deal, we always provide clear feedback to the intermediary and have often made suggestions of potential buyers. As with prospects, our transparent approach and dedication to doing what we say we will do has allowed us to build trust and confidence with intermediaries.
